Lauren Harris

Certified Yoga Instructor

Lauren discovered her deep passion for yoga during the pandemic. Suddenly faced with a lot more spare time, she began practicing daily. Lauren quickly noticed how yoga shifted her perspective and ability to maintain a healthy mindset despite the current circumstances. She wished to share this with others, which led her to a 200-hour RYT through Bfree Yoga in Austin, Texas, where she received training in the art of alignment-based power vinyasa.

Welcome to your sacred, private lake!

We will be staying on magical, secluded land (40 mins from Springfield). There are multiple outdoor spaces including a dock, waterfalls, and large deck for yoga, self-reflection, and relaxation. The home has shared rooms, private rooms, and two bathrooms. There's also opportunity on the land for outdoor activities, including kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and hiking.
